You must request access from your line manager. They will be able to add you to the system and give you the correct permissions.

FPD Specific Help

Horizon

Horizon is a dashboard and configuration tool for the queue workers - these are the jobs that run behind the scenes to send emails and process imports. It provides a dashboard to allow administrators to see the status of the queue workers and to restart them if necessary.

Admin Area

Within the admin are you are able to administrate users, roles and permissions.
